The reason so many people don't like him on the internet is because of how he behaves on the internet. For those who don't know Doc Dropping is revealing personal information about someone online against their consent. Such as when one of the bogus DMCAs that he and Brett Keane file, they get the names and addresses of their critics. They then proceed to post them on the internet. Yes Jdubs has been flagged off of YouTube before but most of his accounts he closes himself, all the while complaining of being flagged when he himself admits to and even recording himself flagging others.
