This is part 2 of a documentary about the US Navy SEALs included on the Socom US Navy SEALs PS2 game disk. This is a look into SEAL training (BUD/s), Navy SEAL history and even some about the SWCC (Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman) boat operators. This is an interesting documentary and it gives a good overview of what is needed to become a SEAL. I would also recommend watching the Navy SEAL Training series on video.google.com.
