This is a beautiful culture of Gurung people in Nepal. The song for this dance is title "Salaijo" Gurung is one of many Kiratas who are the foremost settlers to inhabit Nepal and the surrounding Himalayas regions. Gurung along with Magar, Rai and Limbu are better known as the fame Gurkhas outside Nepal. These four Kirati group have supplied the British Army for past 150 years and still today with the finest Gurkha soldiers.
